Megan Sears Organization

Moving to Portland with our two kids, two dogs, and Guinea pigs in tow, we found ourselves in a state of sheer chaos. Accompanied by an 18-wheeler, we were the "Chaos Caravan." It was then that we were introduced to Megan, who has since become an integral part of our lives. Megan has an intuitive approach to removing physical and mental obstacles, making life a little bit easier for us. She understands that people want to live in organized spaces but often lack the time, space, or know-how to make it happen. Her systems are realistic, based on individual needs and lifestyles, and they work like a charm! Megan's gentle and sensitive approach, picking up on subtle nuances, always ensures a comfortable pace. She goes above and beyond, not only organizing our lives but also helping us decide what to keep, donate, or throw away. Megan sets up all the necessary pick-ups and drop-offs, arranges recycling trucks and donations, and even puts things on consignment for us. She seems to have a solution for everything, and we couldn't be more grateful. Continuing to work with Megan and her team, we maintain the systems she put in place for us. My biggest takeaway from working with Megan is that organizing our space is the best way to honor ourselves. I highly recommend Megan to anyone who needs help getting organized. To say that she's "stellar" is a gross understatement.

Megan's work ethic is exceptional and I would certainly reemploy her. Despite one of her team members contracting COVID the day before our move, Megan made arrangements to tackle the job herself. On top of that, they extended their services by an hour to ensure all tasks were completed.

Using this company was an outstanding experience. The individual arrived promptly and labored tirelessly. Once she had completed the task, I was awe-struck by the outcome which was nothing short of spectacular! She has agreed to return and assist me further; I regret not having booked her earlier as gazing at the spaces she has completed thus far alleviates my anxiety, making me laugh out loud!

Tiffanie proved to be exceptional by swiftly completing the task at hand. Meanwhile, Megan displayed considerable professionalism and worked diligently to accommodate my schedule. The utilization of Client Portal, documentation, and correspondence was truly remarkable and surpassed the standards set by other service providers I had reached out to.

Lillie was my main organizer, and she did an excellent job! She was extremely affable and attentive to our organizing dilemmas, and she provided some fantastic solutions. Given that we have a puppy who enjoys snatching items from our tables and counters to gnaw on, Lillie's assistance was particularly valuable.
