McCormack Roofing did an excellent job of resetting the tiles on the roof of our home in Irvine. I was thoroughly impressed by the following: 1. McCormack clearly explained the various options for re-roofing during the bidding process and the final billing was very close to that specified in the contract. 2. The team started work on schedule and continued working until the project was completed. 3. The team had decades of roofing experience and was always willing to share progress photos, which reassured me about any concerns I had in particular areas. What really stood out to me during the selection process was that McCormack emphasized the need for a permit. Usually, contractors argue against acquiring a permit, citing expense as a reason. However, McCormack knew it was important and made sure to obtain one. Having a permit ensures that the contractor has proper Workers Compensation Insurance and follows standard construction practices. I am delighted to have chosen McCormack Roofing for the job.
