The lady I worked with initially was pleasant and our first consultation was great. She had a plan to help manage the clutter in my household, which consists of six members with young and energetic children. However, it was challenging to communicate with her as she seemed busy and would take some time to respond. There were a few issues that arose during our collaboration. She said that she would email me the following day to confirm an appointment that I wanted to make, but I didn't receive any communication from her. When I checked in with her, she attempted to reschedule our first work appointment the same morning that it was supposed to happen. This was after she knew there was a conflict, and I had already mentioned that the time slot she suggested wouldn't work for me. After reminding her twice of my availability and time restrictions, she decided to dissolve the contract, attributing it to my limited availability during the weekdays and the previously agreed upon rate that didn't work for her. I wouldn't advise anyone against doing business with Natalie, but it's essential to know that negotiating rates and scheduling appointments with her can be problematic. It's possible that she may drop an agreement if a more lucrative contract becomes available.

While I was away, Natalie handled event coordination and managed my rental property. She did an excellent job and I truly appreciate her help in getting everything in order!
