Greetings, my name is Errol and I am the owner of Mavace Contracting LLC. As an insured and licensed independent contractor, I have garnered over 15 years of experience in various home improvement projects like Rough and Finish Carpentry, Hanging Drywall, Taping, Flooring, and Tilework. I am currently collaborating with a renowned investment company as their go-to carpenter and taper for residential restoration projects in CT. Most of the work I do concerns basement renovation and attics, but I am well-versed in all aspects of home improvement.

I derive genuine pleasure in performing any job with a prideful approach and focused attitude while delivering quality work and maintaining strict schedules. Errol's craftsmanship is truly exceptional! Our basement was completely transformed and exceeded all our expectations. Despite multiple additional requests, Errol remained dedicated and went above and beyond. What initially began as a basic drywall and paint job eventually evolved into floor installation, a personalized cabinet for our kids' toys, and a revamped laundry room complete with a butcher block counter! For my basement project, I contracted Errol, who did an amazing job putting up the sheet rock.
