The quality was excellent. The meal was of gourmet standard and required preparation by me to finish. The instructions provided were clear and accompanied by pictures of what the final result should look like. The ingredients used were of the highest quality and the preparation was delicious, resulting in a very tasty dish. Maureen was a delightful and agreeable collaborator. She is the best private chef I've worked with in NH. I plan to engage her services again soon.
