This service is amazing; it's family-owned, and they make you feel like family too. However, they don't compromise on providing excellent service. They always leave my home immaculate and aromatic. In addition, they are punctual and adjustable to my 16-month-old son's nap routine. I highly endorse this service.

Teddy and Mira are an exceptional couple who did a remarkably comprehensive cleaning of my house. They exhibit outstanding friendliness and were very attentive to details. I am very impressed with their work and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Mira and her husband, either Ted or Ned, operate Matthews Euro Cleaning Service under a different name due to legal reasons. However, their cleaning skills do not match their pricing as they charge an additional $100 despite lacking experience and proper techniques. Mira's weak cleaning technique is evident in the inadequate force of her furniture polishing, which leaves the polish sitting on the surface. On May 31, 2022, Ronnie criticized their cleaning job, which did not make the house feel fresh nor smell clean, and looked like it was worth only $120 compared to other services that charge $150 for a more thorough cleaning. Two people worked for over four hours but left dust on furniture surfaces and did not completely mop the tile floors. While Mira and the customer agreed on using vinegar and water to clean, Mira used water alone and left streaks on the shower's wall tiles. The window sills were only lightly dusted, and Mira failed to perform a deep cleaning despite charging $260 for it during the pre-visit. Though Mira and her husband seem amiable, they become defensive when asked questions or given advice. Ultimately, the customer is disappointed and feels cheated by the amateur cleaning service.

The family was incredibly pleasant, communication was top-notch, and their deep cleaning skills were exceptional. Their thoroughness was impressive, and it's clear that we'll be utilizing their services again in the future!
