Upon meeting Matthew, I was struggling with numbness in my left leg and neck pain. These physical concerns were exacerbated by high stress levels and my muscles were incredibly tense. Thankfully, Matthew put me at ease by taking the time to learn about my medical history in order to devise an appropriate course of treatment. Throughout the session, I felt completely relaxed, and even dozed off a few times. Matthew was able to identify which muscles were experiencing tension and skillfully alleviate it. By the end of the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to feel blood flowing more freely to my left leg and was able to move my neck without experiencing pain or headaches.
