This was my first experience with home repair, and I was thoroughly pleased with Phillip's work. He was great at communicating with me, often texting or calling to address any concerns I had (of which there were many!). Matte provided prompt assistance when I contacted him. As someone who heavily relies on my computer, I appreciated that he immediately stopped what he was doing to call me after I posted. He kindly messaged me instructions on what to type in, which helped me get my computer working again in around 30 minutes.
