Working with Matt has been a wonderful experience. For nearly 10 months, twice a week, I have had the pleasure of his guidance. Matt is adept at finding the perfect balance between challenging me to do better and ensuring that I maintain good health and stay interested in the workouts.
Matt is incredibly resourceful when it comes to equipment, bringing his own or creatively making use of gym facilities. He is mindful of your needs and is willing to adapt to provide the perfect workout.
One of Matt's best qualities is his flexibility with scheduling. Even after I moved from San Francisco to New York, he offered to continue training me remotely via Facetime. So far, our virtual sessions have been amazing.
I cannot recommend Matt enough for his professionalism, adaptability, and ability to create a positive and productive workout experience.
