In my area, Matt has performed at different venues in addition to playing twice at my residence. His music is truly amazing. Although he plays classic rock and folk songs, what makes his music stand out is the genuine, personal stories behind it. Every piece of music he produces is authentic and unique. That's why I'm eagerly anticipating his next performance at my home this upcoming summer.

Having known Matt for more than two decades, I can attest that he is not only a magnificent artist and musician, but also a wonderful human being. Over the years, I have witnessed his performances at numerous venues, and he never fails to establish a connection with his audience, wherever he plays. Recently, he graced my wedding on May 13, 2022, and his performance proved to be a major crowd-pleaser, with many of my guests and friends becoming avid "Matt fans". I cannot thank him enough for making our wedding unforgettable and absolutely "perfect". His music and presence were greatly appreciated by everyone in attendance. Matt truly is the best!

I first met Matt at a winery close to my home where he was performing. I informed him about the multi-day event we were organizing for Combat Wounded Purple Heart Veterans, which also involved welcoming musicians. Without hesitation, he offered to volunteer. Later in 2019, I joined the committee for my 50th reunion at Penn State where we needed a musician who was "relevant" to our school years. Through his website music, I introduced Matt to the committee, and he was hired. The previous Blue Band director was also a member of the committee! Unfortunately, due to COVID, the reunion was postponed, but eventually, we were able to hold a Trifecta Reunion for the classes of '70, '71, and '72. Despite having a large committee, we selected Matt to perform. His performance was divided into two parts - one during the reception before dinner and another during dinner when there were no speakers. He had coordinated with the Penn Stater team, and the transition between the two locations was smooth. His music filled the room with 300 people! Sandy Deveney Penn State '70
