I had new gutter covers installed on my home by MasterShield at an incredibly reasonable price. The service was outstanding. Adam visited my property to provide the initial quote and he presented himself in a very professional, polite, and amiable manner. The installation crew arrived a week after and completed the task within a single day. They even re-leveled the gutters to enhance their functionality. Overall, the service was exceptional and the product was of high-quality.

We received an estimate the week following our initial call. The sales representative arrived on time and was courteous and hospitable. However, he experienced technological difficulties with the new electronic/software system being used for paperwork. Our initial quote for the project, which included 255 feet of gutters and aluminum soffit, was $14K. We were offered discounts and promotions, eventually bringing the final cost down to $10.8K, which we found fair given the length of the project (two days) and the work required. The company arrived on schedule the following Tuesday and completed the work over the course of nearly two full days. Not only did they install the aluminum soffit, but they also placed aluminum over the existing fascia without charge to ensure uniform color. Following completion, they thoroughly cleared away debris, leaving only a few small remaining pieces, and removed the old gutter covers we had previously installed. However, they declined to re-hang our wind chimes, citing it as outside of their scope. Though it has not yet rained much since installation, we are hopeful that this product will perform better than the knock-off gutter helmet system we had previously used, as it was damaged by hail shortly after installation. As such, we would give this company a 4.5 rating, but due to Google's lack of half-star increments, we have given them 4 stars. We will increase our rating if the product performs well over the next few rains.
