After having my septic tank pumped by a different plumbing company, I was informed that my drain field required replacement, which would cost me 8-10 thousand dollars. However, upon reaching out to Master Rooter, Ethan assured me that there were other solutions available. Technicians Justin and Caleb were sent out to investigate the issue and discovered that the only problem was a clogged baffle. Upon unclogging it, my toilets and drains functioned flawlessly. Rather than spending a small fortune, I only incurred a service charge of $275. Going forward, I will entrust all my plumbing concerns to Master Rooter. The staff at Master Rooter were the most courteous and professional individuals I have ever worked with, and I am extremely grateful to have had such a positive experience.
