Considering my particular nature, I must say that I was thoroughly pleased with Master Roofing. Although there were a few minor issues, they were promptly resolved and the final outcome of my roof is fantastic. Their pricing was one of the best I received, and the way they explained the process and their use of the GAF roofing system (which comes with a phenomenal warranty and has received high praise), was impressive. My experience interacting with Mattie was entirely positive. Rather than simply presenting me with a list of costs, Mattie went out of her way to clarify the quote and its inclusions. Furthermore, she presented me with a few options. As this was an insurance claim, the process took longer than it ought to have.
