Despite the challenge, I had a good feeling about Regis and his wife Lauren after speaking with them on the phone a few times and seeing their picture. They came across as a kind and genuine couple. To my surprise, Regis set up a ceiling-to-wall dust barrier using plastic sheets and telescoping poles to seal off the bathroom. His attention to detail was remarkable.
