Paul is an incredibly experienced and committed massage therapist. While recuperating from a knee injury and having extremely tense back muscles, I benefited greatly from Paul's use of a range of massage techniques. The methods he applied effectively loosened the muscles, reducing tenderness and stiffness, and enhancing flexibility and mobility.
