Upon my initial inquiry, Trever displayed remarkable responsiveness. Alongside his team, he thoroughly explicated every step involved in power washing and re-staining my deck. Their execution was beyond impressive, encompassing the power washing, replacement of two deteriorated deck boards, and the staining process. As previously advised, the job was completed in two sessions, with Trever dropping a text when on his way. I would undoubtedly enlist their services again and wholeheartedly endorse them.

If 5 stars were an option in all 5 categories, I would undoubtedly give these guys those stars. Though we have not had the chance to meet, I knew right away that the owner's responsiveness was a clear indicator of his team's professionalism. As someone experienced in the industry, it's difficult to find quality workmanship these days, but these guys take incredible pride in their work. Their attention to detail and exceptional work has us eager to request their services for our other investment properties. In fact, it seems that someone from our community witnessed their exceptional work as well, and has already hired them for fence and deck painting and repair. Despite a recent negative review, I felt confident in my understanding of what had happened in that case. And, upon seeing the owner's swift response and empathetic approach, I knew it was simply an unfortunate circumstance that was being handled with care. It's easy to criticize in life, but when faced with 90+ degree weather and 90% humidity, the workers at CrackerJack's platform and Mason Maintenance exceeded our expectations and produced excellent work that we appreciate greatly.
