Miguel excelled in handling all of the tasks required for my NW DC residence. He undertook exterior power washing, painting, garage installation of wall mounted bike racks, and fixing of closet and window treatment rods, besides minor plumbing and sanding/painting interior moldings and doors. His pricing is fair and the quality of his work is commendable. Since I like to maintain my household to high standards, I was impressed by the beauty of Miguel's work. I would strongly endorse him for any such projects.

Upon contacting Miguel, he promptly provided me with a reasonable estimate for drywall mending, mud application, and painting the wall to match its current shade. Miguel was able to arrive for the task within two hours, despite it being larger than what was proposed in the beginning. Despite the increase in scope, he stayed true to his original quote. The resulting wall looks indistinguishable from its prior state, without any indication of the previous damage. I would not hesitate to seek Miguel’s assistance again in the future.
