My name is Mary O'Dell, and I am a professional chef specializing in crafting personalized menus, meal prepping, and catering for intimate events. I earned my degree from the prestigious Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in 2006 and have since gained experience working in the catering industry, developing my own cookie brand, and even working as a foodie at Central Market.
My lifelong love for food began when my mother compared cooking to chemistry, which helped me better understand the process.
