Mary provided exceptional service on my wedding day. She was both punctual and professional, which helped put me at ease. However, after being told that our photos would be delivered within 7 days, we attempted to contact her to no avail. My wife and I were very concerned about the situation and feared that we may not receive our pictures. Eventually, Mary did respond and provided us with a new deadline for delivery. Although this delay was frustrating, I am otherwise extremely satisfied with her services and would have given her 5 stars if not for the communication issue.
