The experience I had with CrackerJack was one of the best! Our water heater needed upgrading since it was old. Even though we bought a newer, more specialized model that required some extra work, Marvin was able to finish the job on the same day (which was definitely not a 30-minute job!). Marvin took full responsibility for any incidents that occurred, and even found solutions to fix them (such as purchasing an extra cap to fix a leaking drain valve). It was a wonderful experience having Marvin over, and I will definitely choose him for any future plumbing projects. I highly recommend Marvin for any plumbing needs!

Marvin's skillful replacement of the shower and sink fixtures was simply amazing. The modern feel that the matte black updates brought to the bathroom was remarkable. On the night of March 17th, I reached out to Marvin who arrived promptly the following morning. Initially, we assumed the issue was limited to a clogged toilet. However, upon inspection, Marvin diagnosed a clogged main line. He was the second plumber we contacted as the first was unable to rectify the issue.
