I am Tanitia Marvels, the proud owner of Marvelous Services, LLC - a business that provides a diverse range of services to the community. One of my areas of expertise is as an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, having worked in the real estate industry since 2012. I bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and professionalism to each job. In addition, I worked as an Accountant/Property Accountant for various Commercial Real Estate and Property Management companies throughout the DFW areas for nine years. One of my key responsibilities was the coordination of documentation and I ensured that all parties received the necessary agreements, leases, contracts, and closing documents.

Furthermore, I am an Ordained Wedding Officiant in the DFW metroplex and would be honored to help you make your special day unforgettable. I offer several packages to suit your lifestyle and preferences, and I believe in the values of love, commitment, loyalty, and togetherness. I am reliable, punctual, and genuinely excited to perform marriage ceremonies that celebrate your love. Please note that as of 6/1/2022, I am only officiating weddings of 20 guests or less.
