The whole solar installation experience was quite disorganized. The team that removed my panels was entirely different from the one that was responsible for their reinstallation, leading to a lack of continuity. As a result of their incompetence, I ended up having extra mounting hardware on my roof, which should not have been there in the first place. After three weeks of waiting, the system was finally turned on, only to find that it kept tripping circuit breakers. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve this issue. It was very challenging to book a technician to investigate various issues with the solar installation. The service rep was not able to provide a specific time or date and only said, "We'll send somebody out." In the end, I had to engage another firm to fix all the problems.

After two different companies left us stranded when issues arose with our solar panels, we turned to Socopower.
