When I inquired about the cost of replacing one faucet with another, they refused to provide even a rough estimate and insisted on charging the $29 fee just to discuss the matter. Avoid hiring them at all costs! Their tactics are incredibly cunning.

During the installation, installers George, Parker, and Adam were all knowledgeable, friendly, and receptive to my inquiries. After the installation was completed, they ensured to clean up all debris and fully inform me on how to operate my new digital thermostat. Overall, we highly recommend Marshalls Services for their informative, trustworthy, and amicable heating services.

During the season, Marshall services are extremely busy, but I look forward to collaborating with them in the near future. The scheduler has been persistent in contacting me every day until the matter is resolved. It's evident that Marshall services is composed of exceptional individuals.
