Over the last two years, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Marlena Noland while organizing and directing entertainment for the Philadelphia Renaissance Faire. Working alongside Marlena and her troupe, The Jackdaws, has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite having access to local talent, I have opted to bring Marlena and her Florida-based group back to our stage time and time again due to their incredible performances, which always draw a packed house. Marlena's skillful playing of the violin and her haunting voice never fail to mesmerize the audience. But above that, I have come to appreciate Marlena's professionalism and work ethic. She consistently arrives on time and dressed appropriately, conscientiously adapting to the environment and taking care of our patrons. Her down-to-earth demeanor and kind personality make her a joy to work with, and I wholeheartedly endorse her talent and excellent service.
