He went above and beyond to ensure our renovation project went smoothly, starting with taking accurate measurements of our home when we met in-person since we had no blueprints to work off of. After discussing our vision for our bathroom remodel and addition, he presented four creative ideas using 3-D renderings that we would never have thought of ourselves, and provided us with professional printouts that helped us gain approval from our HOA. William even worked on the weekend to make adjustments to the designs we had a change of heart about and promptly provided updated drawings and renders. With his expertise as a structural engineer, he also advised us on the feasibility of some of our ideas and the cost implications.
