Chef Mark and his assistant Pam were amazing! Their service was greatly appreciated by everyone. Mark prepared a fully vegan menu for us that was exceptional - some individuals even expressed surprise when they found out that it was vegan. Needless to say, we will definitely employ their services again. We extend our gratitude to Chef Mark!

Chef Mark Charles was extremely punctual and his food was simply delightful! The festive centerpiece and candles he brought along certainly added to the Christmas spirit. All our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and I even got to take some leftovers home. The charcuterie was particularly noteworthy- it was both generous and delicious! I strongly suggest booking Chef Mark Charles- he won't disappoint!
