Originally, our house had a doorbell wired inside the front door frame which posed difficulties when using a ring doorbell camera. Several handymen attempted to rewire the doorbell but were challenged by the wood frame laid over brick, suggesting the removal of the frame entirely. Reluctant to do so, we sought the help of Mark and shared photos of the dilemma. Despite initial uncertainty, Mark was able to come up with a solution after brainstorming and a quick trip to the hardware store. With his assistance, we achieved a forward-facing doorbell and improved security. Mark demonstrated excellent responsiveness and professionalism, starting the job in the late afternoon and ensuring completion the next day with the help of his team. Given his success with our tricky project, we plan on utilizing Mark's services again in the future for similar endeavors.
