The service was absolutely dreadful! Although I usually refrain from writing reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience with this cleaning company. I had requested a thorough cleaning, including interior window cleaning, yet they managed to complete a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in just one hour. To make matters worse, they left behind significant amounts of dust and debris on the air vents and windows. They neglected to dust any of the cabinets and only vacuumed the carpet after being prompted to do so. Additionally, they used all of our own supplies without permission. The three cleaning women were not only unprofessional but incredibly rude, exhibiting a terrible attitude. I am disappointed and regret hiring them and strongly advise anyone looking for a cleaning service to do extensive research. It seems as though I have been cheated out of my money.
