I wish I could give zero stars. Despite signing an agreement for tax services, the woman I hired failed to provide a copy of the extension she claimed to have filed on my behalf. Eventually, she completely stopped communicating with me and ignored my requests for updates or information. I was left unsure whether my taxes were even filed. It was disappointing and unprofessional, as she did not inform me that she was terminating my agreement. It's not trustworthy behavior and I wouldn't recommend her services.
