Marco's painting & remodeling

Working with Marco was a delightful experience. He assisted me with a pipe leak, swiftly attended to my request, and resolved my problem efficiently. To my surprise, he followed up twice to ensure that the issue did not recur. I would undoubtedly re-engage Marco in the future.

Although CrackerJack only permits me to select three items to mention when evaluating a professional, I would have chosen everything because Marco's response was immediate, he arrived on site within a week, and labored tirelessly for two days to complete the task flawlessly. Overall, it was an astonishing experience. You will not be disappointed by hiring him.

We contacted Marcos to replace the wax ring on our Toto toilet. There was a small spot on the ceiling that suggested a leak. Marcos and his assistant came and removed the toilet. However, there was no indication that the toilet was the cause of the leak. They requested permission to investigate further, and we agreed. They opened up a hole in the ceiling and examined the water pipes, the tile, and the drain, but still couldn't detect any leak. They used their iPhone to inspect each test. Finally, they realized that the cause of the stain on the ceiling was due to the deteriorated overflow gasket on the tub. It took them two years to unravel the problem and develop a solution. They had to repair a large hole in the ceiling under two fully furnished open rooms - the living and dining rooms. They covered all the walls and furniture and then patched the ceiling with a coat of plaster, which they sanded and painted over. Although the plaster dust was unavoidable, they cleaned the whole house and took great care to protect it during their work. Their workmanship was excellent, and they clearly took pride in what they did. We would highly recommend this company, and will undoubtedly seek their services for any future projects.
