Although I recently obtained certification as a life coach, I've actually been coaching individuals throughout my 17-year career as a psychotherapist. Though I'm now retired from this profession, I still possess the necessary skills, education, and crucially, experience, to help others achieve their goals. My professional background extends beyond psychology, encompassing managerial roles in retail sales, the automotive industry, and hospitality. As such, I have a diverse range of business experience in both public and private sectors. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, genealogy, classic cars, mid-century modern architecture, and traveling.
