Working with Marvin was an excellent experience. He responded promptly and accommodated my schedule to complete the task efficiently. Surprisingly, he finished it earlier than I anticipated. His rates were justifiable, and he paid attention to the job requirements right from the start, resulting in exceptional work.

The cost was reasonable, but the workmanship was disappointing. Despite arriving promptly each day, the job was hastened, and preparation procedures were skipped. Essential areas were left unpainted, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Although I recognized his potential for doing quality work, the tradesman took on another project midway through mine, subsequently rushing through the remaining half of the job. When I noticed a whole wall left untouched, he promised to rectify, but did not fulfill his guarantee.

Provided a reasonable quote for the external painting and successfully completed the task.

Having him back would be ideal, as he did an exceptional job. However, there is still more work to be completed, and he will undoubtedly be my top priority when that time comes.

Marbin is an exceptionally diligent individual who consistently arrives punctually and performs commendably. I have had the pleasure of enlisting his services on numerous occasions, and have also recommended him to other potential clients.
