Native to Colombia, Mauricio and Adriana hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a post-degree in Marketing Management. With a wealth of experience in marketing, event planning, coordination, design, organization, execution, decoration, floristry, balloons, printing, Photo Booth services, and desserts, having previously worked for Gillette Co. Additionally, Adriana holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Both are devoted and reliable individuals, passionately dedicated to making events accessible and practical to people of all ages, from different backgrounds and ideologies. They strongly advocate and foster creativity, tailoring and personalizing all events to meet client needs and budget. Outside of work, Mauricio enjoys spending quality time with his adorable son, Rani Luka.
Mauricio has completed several training programs, including PLTW Principles of Engineering and Marketing Management, in addition to his BS in Industrial Engineering. On the other hand, Adriana completed a post-degree in taxes.

Our company had planned on attending a convention in Long Beach, followed by a cocktail reception at a nearby restaurant. To add some flair to the event, we thought it would be a great idea to include two balloon columns at the entrance for our guests. After researching several options, we found Mauricio on CrackerJack who was absolutely amazing to work with! Unlike others we spoke with, Mauricio was reasonably priced and very responsive in helping us achieve the desired results.
We exchanged a few calls to discuss color schemes and ideas, during which, he even created a digital version of our company logo on the top two balloons of each column. Throughout the process, he remained in constant communication and arrived early to set up the columns at the requested time. Additionally, he was kind enough to return in the evening to remove the decorations as we had no way to transport or store them.
Our experience with Mauricio was simply fantastic, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality balloon arrangements. We only wish we had taken more photos to capture the beautiful result!

Since our initial correspondence to collecting the decor, Mauricio and Adriana consistently supported and accommodated me by keeping me informed of my requirements, adapting to my variations, and providing a fantastic and satisfying decoration for my husband's astonishing 50th birthday party at the Marriott.
