Founded in 2005 by Manuel "Manny" Rios, a retired Army veteran, Manny's Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante is located in the uptown region of Dallas, Texas. Manny initially entered the restaurant industry as a server, working with his sister, and subsequently honed his skills in the field. Fueled by his passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and family recipes from his Chef father, Charlie Rios, Manny pursued his dream of starting his own restaurant. At Manny's, our top priority is to provide our customers with high-quality Tex-Mex cuisine and exceptional customer service.

For the birthday party, I opted for Manny's catering services and the food was simply outstanding! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how scrumptious it was and many even went back for seconds. What I admired most was how cooperative Manny's was when it came to creating a special menu tailored to our requirements. Additionally, the margarita machine proved to be a massive hit! I'm already looking ahead to my next gathering because I can't wait to engage them again!

The food is absolutely fantastic! Additionally, the attentive service, lively atmosphere, impressive bar offerings, diverse menu options, and delicious family recipes make it all the more enjoyable. I sincerely wish I could dine there on a weekly basis.

The experience with Manny's at my birthday party was incredible! They were extremely professional and quick to respond. Despite concerns about my budget, they worked with me to make sure that I had all the necessary items for guests without overspending. I will definitely hire them again in the future!
