After a power surge, Lisa provided us with a comprehensive and sincere evaluation of both our washing machine and refrigerator. Although the refrigerator was beyond repair and required replacement, we would have certainly enlisted her services for the repair if it had been feasible. Lisa, a specialist in maintaining proper etiquette, promptly responded to my call for help in fixing my GE Refrigerator which had stopped working due to a wire problem.
