I am John-Richard, but most people call me Rick. I have been involved in the construction and building industry since the age of eleven. By trade, I am a master mason who specializes in building custom homes. However, I am also skilled in remodeling and finishing. From painting to tile to masonry, I have dedicated teams for every project, regardless of size. I am also involved in cabinet and granite sales.
My experience has taught me a great deal about residential building, both positive and negative aspects. I operate across a vast area, ranging from North Gwinnett to Lake Oconee, ensuring that I reach out to as many people as possible. Our experience with Manders Design and Build was exceptional, and we will certainly seek their services again. We enlisted their help to resolve an issue that our previous contractor neglected to address, yet attempted to conceal. After completing a costly bathroom renovation, it was disheartening to discover that the original problem (a leak) had not been corrected. ($$$) However, Rick and his team were all consummate professionals, amiable, and diligent workers.
