I have experienced Mama Dessie's food on numerous occasions, either with Chef JaNay as my personal chef or at catered events, and it is of the highest quality. Regardless of the size of the event, EVERYTHING is prepared from scratch. I find Chef JaNay's expertise in food history to be particularly impressive. Her knowledge and training are evident in her skilful blending of flavors to create each dish.
