Our fireplace required Rich to make two trips for assembly as some of the pieces were missing. Despite this, he demonstrated a lot of understanding and was courteous throughout the process. The final product turned out great once he had completed his work. Moreover, he was very responsive and did an exceptional job. We would highly recommend him.
