Awesome news! Would it be possible for you to reserve December 10th as our top choice date and December 3rd as our backup if we provide a deposit? We'll be meeting on Wednesday to finalize the timing.
Additionally, we were wondering if there might be a possibility of reducing the hourly rate, since this is a charitable event in aid of Ukraine relief. We plan to donate all proceeds to the 501(c)(3).
