Working with Chad was an absolute delight. After reaching out to him for assistance with assembling a queen bed frame, he promptly replied and arrived within an hour. We soon discovered that our bed frame was missing several screws and a vital wooden piece, but Chad impressively took it upon himself to procure the missing components, fashion the wooden piece at his own shop, and finally return to expertly assemble the bed frame. His commitment to going above and beyond left us in awe. Our two 16-foot pods were expertly unloaded by Chad, William, and Vincent who did a commendable job. They efficiently assembled all the furniture, mounted the television, and set up my gym.
