Our transcript request proved to be exceptionally challenging. A German speaker with a heavy accent was explaining computer-related information in English over the phone, all while being recorded through courtroom microphones from Europe. The sound quality was poor and the subject matter was intricate. Despite these obstacles, we were thoroughly pleased with the final product, especially given its affordable price.
