Dushan, an employee of Mak Cleaning, provided exceptional service. He exhibited excellent punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and skill. Despite our last-minute request, he arrived early on a Sunday morning to accommodate us. Additionally, our apartment building posed water hook up challenges, but Dushan was eager to collaboratively solve the problem instead of dismissing the job altogether.
