My focus is on helping individuals who are experiencing stress and injury to heal themselves by building a positive relationship with their bodies. Through personalized private and group instruction in Movement and Personal Training, Yoga, and TREⓇ (tension and trauma release exercise), I offer a variety of tools and practices to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. With over 20 years of experience in pre & post rehabilitative work, I am a certified 500 E-RYT Hatha Yoga teacher, a Balanced Body Pilates instructor, and a TREⓇ provider who has trained extensively with Jay Gleason MS, LCMHC, LADC of Burlington, VT.
My approach to teaching integrates a variety of areas of study and practice, including personal fitness and movement training, trauma-informed weight lifting, anatomy and fascia studies, self-massage, yoga, meditation and more. As your personal movement and healing educator, I am committed to providing trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, trust, transparency, collaboration, and empowerment. I continually engage in cultural, gender, and historical awareness in my practice, drawing on my own personal experiences to support my clients on their unique journeys to wellness.
