We recently relocated to a spacious office in Ann Arbor, dissatisfied with the substandard level of cleanliness in our previous office. Hence, we sought a new cleaning company to cater to our needs in the 6,000 sq-ft office. Among the four cleaning companies that we solicited for quotes, Maid II Shine stood out during their walkthrough of the workspace. They portrayed professionalism, courtesy and amiability that appealed to us, and after receiving their quote, we selected them as our new cleaning service provider. Remarkably, despite the short notice of two days, they sent their crew to carry out a final cleanup of our previous office in readiness for the building owner's inspection and initiate cleaning in the new office. Maid II Shine exceeded our expectations with their outstanding cleaning services and astute attention to detail, identifying previously ignored issues on our punch list during the walkthrough with the contractor. Their effervescent performance left us impressed and satisfied.

Although I regularly clean our abode, I usually bring in a professional once or twice annually for a thorough cleaning. This time, to my delight, is the first instance where I didn't feel the need to scour the house afterward to catch any missed spots.
