Also, they seem to be unaware of their own company's name, which is suspicious unless they have multiple business names in an attempt to avoid negative reviews (a common practice on this platform). Have you noticed how many reviews seem to be changing? If they respond to this review, and deny having worked with me, it's true that I never hired them or paid them for their services. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, and I only needed one question answered before discussing other details. Following the call, they sent me a text message with an exorbitant price. Furthermore, the person who texted me emails from "crystalnshit@gmail.com”—a highly unprofessional email address, which I hope they will change soon.

As someone who values attention to detail, I appreciated the house cleaner's thoroughness. However, there was room for improvement in her time management skills. Thankfully, the owner reached out to me and promptly addressed the issue. Overall, I would still consider using this service again.

Although we encountered some challenges with our service, the management team demonstrated professionalism and cooperativeness in resolving the matter. They were kind and courteous throughout the process.

Their meticulous approach is remarkable and it reflects in the immaculate state of my house. I eagerly anticipate their next visit and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Although the people were pleasant, they did not clean thoroughly. I do not plan to hire them again. Despite successfully cleaning my oven, they overlooked simple tasks such as wiping down tables and cleaning the tile in front of the fireplace and living room entrance. I had to bring these omissions to their attention, prompting them to return and complete the job. I believe they should have noticed these areas without my input. While they did offer to come back and fix things at no cost once they called, I had already moved on. I later spoke with the owner, who proved quite helpful in addressing my concerns with their cleaning service. They showed genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
