I strongly advise against using Jose Ortiz and his business, Magnificent Kitchen and Bath. Their lack of professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness deserves a zero-star rating. Despite committing to installing a kitchen cabinet with 3 drawers and painting it, Mr. Ortiz delayed the work by 3 days and attempted to extend it even further. When I cancelled the job due to his failure to meet the agreed-upon dates, he charged me a restocking fee. This experience has left me feeling like a victim of theft. Please don't risk your satisfaction and trust by working with Jose Ortiz.
