I firmly believe that strength is an internal quality. To me, a positive mindset is paramount in achieving success. As an accomplished NASM certified personal trainer, female fitness specialist, and sports performance specialist with a Masters in Sports and Performance Psychology, I have been in the industry for over 6 years. I recently relocated to Los Angeles and work with a diverse clientele, including clients undergoing fertility treatments, seniors, brides-to-be, beginners, and those hoping to achieve strength objectives. My mission is to assist clients in their journey towards optimal fitness and well-being. I provide both in-person and virtual sessions, and also offer monthly programs.

I am passionate about my work, and I relish opportunities to meet new individuals and introduce them to the benefits of fitness. It is truly gratifying to witness my clients surpass their goals and take on challenges they never believed possible. I value fostering meaningful relationships with my clients and empowering them to attain their fitness goals. Above all, I enjoy pushing clients to their limits and encouraging them to go beyond what they thought was possible.

Not only is Maggie a lovely person, but she also makes a point of comprehending your objectives and supporting you in achieving them. I have been collaborating with Maggie for 12 months now, and she has a keen awareness of my boundaries, devising innovative methods to challenge me. Although I long for our face-to-face workout sessions, spending time with Maggie has me chuckling through sets of push-ups, squats and more. Maggie is constantly punctual, adaptable in terms of scheduling and remarkably responsive. If it were possible, I would grant her a million out of five stars!
