After consulting with several professionals, I informed Brian at Mad-Repair & Assembly that I decided to go with a different service provider. Unfortunately, that pro cancelled on me at the last minute, leaving me in urgent need of assistance. In a bind, I contacted Brian again and to my relief, he agreed to come out the day before Thanksgiving. As an added bonus, Brian went above and beyond my initial request and was not only accommodating but also professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Brian for any job, including art hanging, handyman work, and lighting installation. It was a delightful experience to have Brian assist me in hanging my floor length mirror! He arrived punctually and was a delightful conversationalist. Brian inquired about my preferences and made recommendations to guarantee that my mirror was mounted securely and to my liking. Additionally, he assisted me with hanging a picture frame, which was a gesture that I valued even though it was not my primary request. He was efficient and reasonably priced! I intend to contact Mad-Repair again soon to request assistance with additional art and picture hanging installations.
