Josh with Mac's Carpet Care is absolutely amazing! Our light cream colored sectional had a persistent urine smell and a multitude of unsightly stains. After reaching out to Josh, he promptly responded within 15 minutes and scheduled a visit for the next day to steam clean the couch. His detailed explanation of the cleaning process and patient answers to all our queries magnified his professionalism. He informed us of the reasonable expense involved and set expectations. Josh botched through the task with high efficiency, completing it in under two hours. Upon completion, our couch was clean and the smell had disappeared. We were thoroughly impressed with Josh's service and will undoubtedly contact him for any future steam cleaning needs.

Mac’s Carpet Care did an incredible job of cleaning my carpets. They came ahead of time and were very professional. Furthermore, Josh was able to remove a dried up slime stain from the carpet that I previously thought was impossible to get rid of. However, he did it with ease, and my carpets now look brand new.
