My boutique, personalized, and professional services are available in New York City and remotely. As a former Mac technician at a trendy retail store, I began making house calls in 2005. I cater to small businesses, particularly those in the creative industry, as well as individuals.
While I'm based in New York City, I've found success offering secure remote sessions over the phone. Please note, my services are offered on an hourly basis, rather than per project, with the exception of surgery.
I offer a range of services, including repair and surgery, data recovery, networking, training, upgrades, installation, and configuration, for a variety of Mac models and operating systems, including vintage Macs and the latest Monterey and Ventura. Additionally, I provide support for popular productivity and design apps, including Microsoft Office and CC apps.
Alongside diagnosing your Mac, I can assist with your iOS devices, such as iPad, iPod, and iPhone, as well as iCloud setup. I'm happy to assist with hybrid solutions between Apple and Google services as well.
I pride myself on providing care, attention, and support to all my customers. Whether a beginner or a seasoned user, my services are tailored to meet individual needs. Furthermore, my background in teaching programming and music technology at NYU and composing music means you're in good hands.
While I may not be the cheapest option, I'm confident I'm your best bet. I'm passionate about solving problems, and I approach each task with positivity and patience.

If it were possible, I would give Mac House Calls NYC a rating of 10 stars. I found myself in an after-hours emergency while in California and reached out for assistance. To my surprise, he promptly responded and eagerly offered his assistance. It can be unnerving to hire someone you've never met in person, but after our initial conversation on CrackerJack, I felt comfortable working with him, which was further solidified when we connected.
